Terms of Service

Please read carefully the following information as it relates to your registration with our memberships.

We offer a 100% refund policy should you be unhappy with any of our memberships within the first 30 days. You can also cancel your membership at any time, and only pay for what you have used.

Video Power Up provides online training courses, group and private video consultation calls, an online community group, and video production services relating to online video marketing for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order with any additional details concerning product and service delivery.  In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.


  1. Once your registration is confirmed, Video Power Up will provide you with access to the membership site.
  2. The first payment for your membership will be taken on or after today, and on the same day each month.
  3. All group and private video calls will be facilitated using Zoom Meetings, and you must have this application installed to access these services.
  4. Access to the membership site and video calls may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that Video Power Up uses to provide their services, and you agree and understand that from time to time there may be delays in access to the website or video calls.
  5. Video Power Up reserves the right to terminate the membership site along with the associated services, and access to certain features of the website or services and will make reasonable effort to provide adequate notice.
  6. If for any reason, Video Power Up should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the website and services, along with your subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be made to the credit card on file.
  7. Sharing of your login access with any third parties will result in the immediate termination of your membership.


  1. Video recording sessions are booked in 15-minute increments during a production day made available at least once every six-weeks at the Video Power Up Training Centre in Cambridge, Ontario, except during the months of January, February and March, which is Video Power Up’s annual production hiatus.
  2. If Pop-Up Video Studio dates are made available in other cities, you can also take advantage of these for your recording sessions.
  3. Video recording sessions are limited to no more than four during any production quarter, and you will be issued new credits at the beginning of each production quarter.
  4. If you don’t use your recording session credits during a production quarter, you can carry over unused credits to the next quarter, but banked credits cannot exceed 8.


  1. If you’re not happy with your membership within the first 30 days, we’ll refund all your money.
  2. You can cancel any membership at any time, but no refunds will be made for fees already paid, unless you applied for a refund within the first 30 days. Once you cancel and your current membership period has expired, you will no longer have access to the membership site or any services.
  3. Upon cancellation of a VIP membership, all videos that have been recorded and delivered that exceed one per month since registration, will revert to the full retail price of $197, plus applicable taxes, and you will be sent an invoice for the outstanding balance, to be paid in full upon receipt.
  4. Further, upon cancellation of a VIP membership, any unused production credits must be used within 60 days, with a maximum of 4 sessions booked per production day.
